1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, or by submitting an inquiry to Linkbytes Pvt Ltd ("LinkBytes", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or send us an inquiry.

2. About LinkBytes

Linkbytes Pvt Ltd (ABN/Company Number 673 773 165) is an Australian eCommerce technology company headquartered at 420 Macquarie Street, Liverpool, Sydney NSW. We deliver IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services and supply certified refurbished IT hardware on a wholesale basis to businesses, government and educational institutions worldwide.

3. Inquiry-based service model

This website does not process online transactions. All product pricing, availability and supply is handled via direct inquiry. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, by email, or by phone:

• We will respond within one business day with information about availability, pricing and lead time.
• Any quote we provide is valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 14 days) and is subject to stock availability.
• A binding sale occurs only when we both confirm the order in writing and you receive an invoice from LinkBytes.

4. Refurbished products

Our refurbished products are sourced from corporate, government and education refresh programs. Each device is:

• Fully data-wiped to NIST 800-88 standards before resale
• Functionally tested by our trained technicians
• Graded for cosmetic condition (Grade A or Grade B, clearly labelled)
• Supplied with a 12-month LinkBytes warranty unless otherwise noted

Refurbished products are not new. Minor cosmetic wear is normal and does not constitute a defect. Specific product condition is described in each quote.

5. Warranty

All refurbished products come with a 12-month warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. This is in addition to any non-excludable consumer rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Pricing and payment

Pricing for ITAD services and refurbished products is provided on a per-quote basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

• New customers: 100% payment on invoice, prior to dispatch.
• Established business and government accounts: Net 14–30 days from invoice date.
• All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted, and exclude GST unless explicitly marked "inc GST".
• International orders may be quoted in another currency by mutual agreement.

7. Shipping and delivery

Standard dispatch is within 1–3 business days of payment receipt. Shipping costs and timelines are confirmed at the quote stage. Risk and title pass to you on dispatch. We will provide a tracking number for every consignment.

8. Returns and refunds

You may return any refurbished product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the product is in the same condition as supplied. Warranty repairs and replacements after this period are governed by our Warranty Policy. Custom-configured or bulk orders may be non-returnable as agreed at quote.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, code, design — is owned by Linkbytes Pvt Ltd or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our written permission. Brand logos shown for the brands we work with are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify product manufacturers.

10. Acceptable use

When using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the contact form for spam, harassment or unsolicited commercial messaging
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or interfere with the site

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkbytes Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always available at https://linkbytes.com.au/terms. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
